The non-banking assets mentioned in the schedule, held in the name of Goodwill Finance Limited (Financial Institution), are to be sold in whatever condition and in whatever quantity through sealed bid, and confidential sealed bids are invited from interested and qualified purchasers, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in the schedule.

1. Interested buyers should submit their sealed bids to the branch office of this financial institution, Birtamod, Jhapa, within 3 (three) days from the date of publication of this notice. Bids received after the deadline, submitted without proper formalities or with invalid conditions will not be accepted.

2. The bids received will be opened at the branch office of this financial institution, Birtamod, Jhapa, in the presence of the bidder or his representative and representatives of other concerned bodies on the fourth day from the date of publication of this notice or if that day falls on a public holiday, at 3 pm on the next day when the office is open. However, the absence of representatives of the concerned bodies and the bidder or his representative shall not constitute an obstacle to the opening of the bids.

3. The bidders must clearly state in the bid in figures and letters the amount for which they intend to purchase the said non-banking property, including their name, address, three-generation details if individual, and a document that reveals their identity. 4. Along with the bid, at least 10 (ten) percent of the amount they intend to purchase the said non-banking property must be deposited in cash or GOOD FOR PAYMENT check drawn in the name of this financial institution as a deposit in the company's account No. 1808000000001004 Margin Deposit Auction and a receipt for the same must be included. The said amount will be returned if the bid is not accepted. If the bid is not accepted, no interest will be paid on the deposit amount when it is returned.

5. If the bid with the highest score among the received bids is acceptable to this financial institution, the bid will be accepted for the sale of the said non-banking property. The accepted bidder will have to deposit the remaining amount excluding the deposit in cash and transfer the said non-banking property to his/her name by the date specified by the financial institution in the notice of acceptance of the bid. If the remaining amount is not paid within the said deadline and the non-banking property is not transferred, the said deposit amount will be automatically forfeited.

7. The buyer will have to bear the registration fees, other taxes and necessary fees as per the rules while transferring the said non-banking property in his/her name as per the accepted bid.
