Since it is necessary to sell the immovable property mentioned in the details registered in the name of this organization at a higher price in the same condition as it is, all interested persons/firms/companies/associations interested in purchasing the said property are invited to submit their confidential sealed bids stating the price at which they have agreed to purchase the said land within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice during office hours at the central office of this organization in Banepa, subject to the terms and conditions. The bids received within the said period will be opened in the presence of government representatives on the following date, time and place.

Conditions:

1) The terms and conditions form can be obtained free of charge from the offices of this organization.

2) The amount you bid for must be clearly stated in figures and words on the bid form.

3) Bids may be submitted only for the condition, status, and outcome of the above-mentioned property.

4) Along with the bid, a copy of the receipt showing that at least 10 percent of the amount pledged has been deposited with the organization must be submitted.

5) If the bidder is an individual, a copy of the citizenship certificate must be submitted in the bid, and if the bidder is a firm, company or organization, a copy of the registration certificate and tax registration certificate must be submitted.

6) If the day of opening of bids falls on a public holiday, the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same place and time. The absence of the bidder or his representative in the presence of the bidder shall not prevent the bids from being opened.

7) If you wish to inspect the above-mentioned immovable property, you can do so by contacting this organization during office hours prior to submitting your bid and inspecting it in its current condition.

8) The entire amount of the bid must be deposited within 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the notice of acceptance of the bid. If the amount is not deposited within that time limit, the bid will be cancelled and the deposit and less will be automatically forfeited.

9) The bidder will have to bear the registration fees, taxes and other charges incurred while transferring the property as per the accepted bid in the name of the bidder.

10) After the bid is submitted, there will be no change in the amount or terms mentioned in the bid. Also, the security deposit will not be refunded until the bid is accepted or rejected. No interest will be paid on the rejected security deposit.

11) Any bid submitted with any condition or submitted without or in excess of the prescribed time limit will be automatically rejected.

12) All rights to accept or reject the bid shall be reserved by this organization.
