2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Gorkhapatra Corporation, Dharmapath, Kathmandu, Nepal and Tel 01-5344437 of office or may visit e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

3. Bidding documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document in the following bank.

4. Eligible Bidders shall submit the electronic Bids through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp to the above office of Gorkhapatra Corporation, Dharmapath, Kathmandu on or before 16 July 2025 (2082-03-32) at 12.00 Hours). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Gorkhapatra Corporation on 07July 2025 (2082-03-23) (at 11.00 Hours)

6. Bids shall be opened in the presence or absence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend 13:00 Hours on 16 July 2025 (2082-03-32) at the office of Gorkhapatra Corporation, Dharmapath, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security as mentioned above which shall be valid for Minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.

7. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next Working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security Validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.

8. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Gorkhapatra, Corporation, Dharmapath, New road Kathmandu or may visit PPMO egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

9. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids

Without assigning reason, whatsoever.

10. The Bidder shall submit the commitment letter to provide the sample of CTP Plate if requested by Gorkhapatra Corporation.
