1. The Gorkhapatra, Corporation invites national bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of following Goods under National Competitive Bidding Procedures The name and identification of the contract are as follows:

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect & purchase the bidding documents at the office of Gorkhapatra, Corporation, Dharmpath, Kathmandu Tel 01534437.

3. Bidders have the option to submit their bid eletronically only through the e-GP system. Bidders shall submit their bid with deposit the cost of bidding document non-refundable fee of NRs 3,000.00 (Three Thousand) in the name of Gorkhapatra, Corporation, Dharmpath, Kathmandu, Bank account number 00200100502425000001 at Nepal Bank Limited, New Road till on or before 2082-04-20 during office hours.

4. Pre-bid meeting shall be organized as specified in the bid document.

5. Eligible Bidders shall submit their bids manually at the office of Gorkhapatra, Corporation, Dharmpath, Kathmandu Nepal on or before 12:00 hour on 2082-04-21 and must be accompanied by a required bid security. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

6. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend 13:00 hour on 2082-04-21 at the office of Gorkhapatra, Corporation, Dharmpath, Kathmandu Nepal Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security as mentioned above which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.

7. If bidders want to deposit bid security in cash, the bank details as follows for deposit: Name of the Bank: Nepal Bank Limited, New Road Name of Office: Gorkhapatra, Corporation, Dharmpath, Kathmandu Account no.: 00200100502425000001

8. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.

9. Bidders can bid only in Nepalese Currency and shall be paid in Nepalese currency only.

10. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the bids without assigning a reason whatsoever.
