This 7 (seven) day notice has been published to sell the non-banking assets registered in the name of this financial institution through confidential sealed bids in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations and the instructions of Nepal Rastra Bank. 1. The tender form with the conditions related to the tender can be purchased/obtained from the branch offices/head office of the financial institution within the office hours.

Sealed tenders must be submitted at the head office of this financial institution, Harihar Bhavan, Pulchok Lalitpur within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. on Sunday 2082/03/22, within office hours.

If the last day of submission of bids is a holiday of the financial institution, the bid letter can be submitted at the designated place within 3.00 o'clock on the day immediately after the holiday even when the financial institution is open.

The bids received will be opened on Monday 23/03/2082 at 4:00 PM at the head office of the financial institution, Harihar Bhawan, Pulchok Lalitpur in the presence of the bidders and/or their representatives and/or representatives of government agencies. But in the absence of the bidder or his representative, there will be no obstacle to open the bid.

If the financial institution has a holiday on the day of opening the bid, the bid will be opened at the designated place at 4.00 o'clock on the day the financial institution opens immediately after the holiday.

6. The property to be auctioned should be submitted in such a way that it will be purchased in whatever condition and result it is. In the case of selling more than one property, a clear disclosure of how many bids are to be accepted for which property should be submitted. The financial institution can accept all or none or even partially. The right to make the final decision in this regard will be vested in the financial institution.

A bond amount of at least 10% of the bid amount along with the tender along with a copy of the cash deposit voucher in the bond account of this financial institution or a good for payment check/draft drawn in the name of this financial institution along with confidential tender bid. Must be included and submitted. In addition, when submitting the above-mentioned bids, the outside page of the Shilvandi envelope must clearly mention the property for which the bid has been submitted and mention it as non-banking property purchase application. The bid amount should be clearly mentioned in numbers and letters in the bid form. If there is a difference between numbers and letters, the one written in letters will be recognized. Interest will not be given on the said bond amount.

After the acceptance of the bidder's bid, the information about it will be sent to the respective bidder in writing at the address mentioned in the bid. Accepted bidders have to deposit the agreed amount within 07 (seven) days from the date of receiving the notice from the financial institution. In addition, if the accepted amount is not deposited within that time, the financial institution can confiscate the amount held as a bond.

The person/firm/company/organization who will take over all the fees/duties incurred during the transfer of ownership of the property must be paid by himself/herself.

10. If there is an order to stop or cancel the work related to the auction from a court, the auction will be stopped or canceled. In such a case, the amount deposited by the bidder as a bond will be returned to the concerned person/firm/company/institution. But no interest will be given on it.

11. All rights to accept or reject the bid will be reserved to this financial institution. No action will be taken on bids registered late or late.

12. Other conditions will be as mentioned in the bid form.
