As per the decision of the meeting of this Municipal Executive dated 2082.04.02, the Municipality has published this notice regarding the contract arrangement for the year 081.82 for the collection of the internal tax mentioned below. Interested firms and businessmen who wish to participate in this bidding should register in accordance with the prevailing law and purchase the bid along with a copy of the certificate within the specified date from the date of publication of the notice and submit the bid within the specified period subject to the conditions as per the tender. Details:

1. The bid deposit amount mentioned below in the bid should be deposited in the deposit account No. 448100303000002 of the Municipal Executive Office at Ra. Wa. Bank Mehelkuna Surkhet and its original bank voucher or original bank guarantee (bid bond) issued in the name of this office by a commercial bank licensed under category 'A' from Nepal Rastra Bank with a validity of at least 120 days should be submitted along with the bid. 2. Before signing the contract, a 50 (fifty) percent advance payment is mandatory and a bank guarantee for the remaining amount must be submitted.

3. The last date and time for submission of applications after the notification is published will be 2082.05.15 (31 Aug. 2025) up to 12:00 PM.

4. The bids will be opened at 13:00 on the last day. The right to accept, reject or partially accept the bids shall remain vested in the Municipal Executive Office.
