30 (thirty) days public notice regarding house/shutter rental

The house/shutter constructed on the north side of the Dasharath Temple premises under the Shri Laxmi Narayan Math Matihani Guthi located in J.U.M.N.P. Ward No. 8, Seat No. 1355-17, K.No. 54, Sector No. 0-12-8-2 under the jurisdiction of this office is to be managed in accordance with the letter order of the Guthi Sansthan Head Office, P.No. 082.083/77, Ch.No. 344 dated 2082.05.30 and the Directive on the Lease of Guthi Tainathi Houses and Lands, 2078, and therefore the shutter/house constructed within the premises is in whatever condition it is. In the same situation, since it is to be given on rent for the year 5, a 30-day public notice has been published with a minimum monthly rate of Rs. 42,000.- (Forty-two thousand in words only). Interested individuals or organizations/institutions who wish to take the property should purchase the bid form from this office within the 30th day (non-refundable) by paying Rs. 3000.- in cash (non-refundable) and register the sealed bid by 12:00 PM on the 31st day from the date of publication of the notice. The registered bid will be opened in the presence of representatives at 2:00 PM on the same day. The bidder must be present at the time of opening the bid, but even if he is not present, there will be no obstacle to opening the bid. A notice has been published stating that no action will be taken against the bids that are not registered within the time limit.
