7-day public notice regarding renting out houses and shops built on Guthi Tainathi land.

This notice has been published as the following properties, which are fully owned by this office, are: (1) Paan shop-1, located on the west side of the motorcycle workshop on the east side of Thapathali Traffic Police Office (minimum monthly valuation Rs. 6,000/-), (2) Small house-1 located in the park along the Bagmati Bridge (minimum monthly valuation Rs. 5,500/-) and are to be rented for a maximum of 5 years in their current condition, until further notice. Interested individuals, firms, companies may purchase the bid form from this office by paying Rs. 1,000.-(non-refundable) within the office hours up to the 7th day from the date of publication of this notice. The bid form should be submitted by 12:00 noon on the 8th day, stating the proposed rental amount in figures and letters, and signing and sealing it. The bids received will be opened at 2:00 pm on the same day in the office.
