7 (seven) day public notice regarding shutter (Kawal) hire

The minimum monthly rent for shutters (kavals) No. 1 to 16 on the south side of Shri Amarkhana Devi Temple under Ramchandra Guthi located in J.U.M.N.P.A. Ward No. 4 under this branch office is Rs. 5,000.- (Five thousand in words only) per shop. The minimum monthly rent for shutters (kavals) No. 17 to 22 on the south side of Ram Temple and shutters (kavals) No. 23 to 29 on the west side of Ram Temple is Rs. 8,500.- (Eight thousand five hundred in words only) per shutter (kavals) for 5 (five) years. Therefore, the interested person or organization is required to pay a bid form fee of Rs. 8,500.- (Eight thousand five hundred in words only) per shutter (kaval). 3,000 (three thousand in words only) cash payment (non-refundable) should be made within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice, by purchasing separate bid forms for each shutter (kawal) and submitting sealed bids by 12 noon on the 8th day.
