4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held only for Single Stage One Envelope Bidding procedures at Office Of Haldibari Rural Municipality at 2025-09-24 At 11 am.

5. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 Days For Sealed Quotation & 90 Days for Single Stage One Envelope Bidding procedures after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

6. If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of

bid submission.

7. All other conditions of the bidding process will be as per the public Procurement act 2063 and Public procurement regulation 2064.

8. The Employer reserves the right to accept or assigning any reason, whatsoever.
