Since the construction of a 4-storey (8,328.24 sq ft) building for Hamro Pukhti Secondary School, operated by Hamro Pukhti Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd., Tulsipur Dang, is to be constructed through sealed bids, sealed bids are hereby invited from interested firms, companies or organizations subject to the following conditions.

Documents and conditions to be attached:

1. Copy of firm company registration certificate or license.

2. Copy of business registration certificate.

3. Copy of permanent tax registration certificate.

Copy of tax payment certificate for fiscal year 2080/081.

5. If the day falls on a holiday within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice, i.e. by 4 pm on Asoj 15, the bid can be purchased from the organization's head office on the next day, i.e. the day the office is opened, by paying Rs. 5000.- (Rs. Five thousand only) in cash.

6. The sealed bids to be submitted must be registered by 12:30 PM on 19th Asoj 2082 and will be opened at 2 PM on the same day or, if that day falls on a holiday, on the next day i.e. on the same day when the office is open, at the same time in the presence of the representative of the cooperative organization's office and the bidder or his representatives. Even if the bidder or his representative is not present, there will be no obstacle to opening the bids.

7. The deposit amount mentioned above should be submitted in the form of a cash deposit in the account no. 058100711500002 of this cooperative society's National Cooperative Bank Ltd. Tulsipur branch or a bank guarantee letter or cash guarantee voucher issued in the name of this cooperative society from a recognized bank of 'A' class (with a validity period of at least 120 days from the date of submission of the bid) along with the bid (bond).

8. The bidder must submit a written self-declaration on the firm or company letterhead stating that he is not disqualified from participating in the relevant work, has no conflict of interest, has not been blacklisted, and has not been convicted of any business-related offense.

9. Sealed bid forms purchased in the name of one firm or company cannot be submitted in the name of another firm or company.

10. No action will be taken against sealed bids that do not include the documents mentioned in this notice, are not filled in accordance with the specification rules, are not in order, have exceeded the deadline, or contain any conditions.

11. Other matters not mentioned in this notice shall be in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2063 BS and Regulations, 2064 BS (including amendments) and other prevailing laws and the financial administration procedures of the organization.
