Since it is necessary to sell the immovable property mentioned in the details registered in the name of this organization at a high price in the same condition as it is, all those interested in purchasing the said land are invited to submit their confidential sealed bids stating the rates at which they are willing to purchase the said land and subject to the terms and conditions within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, during office hours. The bids received within the said period will be opened in the presence of the bidders or the authorized representatives of the bidders on the following date, time and place.

Conditions Restrictions :-

1) Bid application form can be obtained from the offices of this organization by paying Rs. 500.- (non-refundable).

2) The amount you have accepted to bid must be clearly stated in figures and words on the bid form.

3) Bids may be submitted only for the above-mentioned non-financial assets in their current condition, status and outcome.

4) Along with the bid, a copy of a voucher depositing at least 10 percent of the amount pledged in the bank or financial institution where the organization has an account, a check for payment made in the name of the organization, or a receipt depositing cash in the organization must be submitted.

5) If the bidder is an individual, a copy of the citizenship certificate and if the bidder is a firm, company or organization, a certificate of incorporation and tax registration.

A copy of the certificate must be submitted. 6) If the day of bid opening falls on a public holiday, the bid will be opened on the next business day at the same place and time. The absence of the bidder or his representative will not prevent the bid from being opened.

7) If you wish to inspect the above-mentioned immovable property, you can do so by contacting this organization during office hours prior to submitting your bid and inspecting it in its current condition.

8) The bidder must pay the entire bid amount and transfer the property to his/her name within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the notice of bid acceptance. If the amount is not deposited within that period, the bid will be cancelled and the deposit amount will be automatically forfeited.

9) Registration fees, taxes and charges incurred while transferring the property as per the accepted bid to the name of the bidder.

Other fees etc. will have to be borne by the bidder. 10) After the bid is submitted, there will be no change in the amount or terms mentioned in the bid. Also, the decision to accept or reject the bid will be final.

The deposit amount will not be refunded unless it is claimed. No interest will be paid on the rejected deposit amount.

11) Any bid submitted with any condition or submitted without completing the formalities or exceeding the deadline will automatically be rejected.

12) The Board of Directors of this organization shall have the sole authority to accept or reject the bid.
