1. The standard bidding document is available at: https://notice.helvetasnepal.org

2. The sealed bid must be submitted by 29 August 2025, at 5 PM, to the addresses mentioned in the Bid Data Sheet (BDS) of the bidding document.

3. Pre-bid meeting will be held as per the schedule mentioned in the BDS of the bidding document.

4. Acceptance or rejection of the bid, award of the contract, or cancellation of the whole process shall remain within the jurisdiction of Helvetas Nepal.
