Notice of Tender Invitation

As per the annual budget of Hilihang Rural Municipality for the fiscal year 2082/083, the construction work has to be carried out at the location mentioned below as per the specifications. Bids are hereby invited from interested construction professionals who have obtained a license from the Government of Nepal for the related work, subject to the following conditions.

1. Construction professionals interested in purchasing the bid form can download the bid form from www.bolpatragov.np.egp along with a certified copy of the firm or company certificate renewed for the fiscal year 2082/083, business license, permanent account registration number and income tax and VAT registration certificate, tax payment certificate up to the fiscal year 2080/081 and any other documents related to the firm, if any.

2. The bid security amount should be deposited in the original bank voucher of the Himalayan Bank Limited, Hilihang Gopetar Branch, HILIHANG GA.3STHA. TAHA DHARO KHAT, deposit account number 26351182240015 or a bank guarantee issued in the name of this office by a bank recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank, valid for at least 120 days from the last date of submission of bids. For the purchase of bids, the bank voucher should be submitted by depositing the cash amount in the account number 26351182240171 of the Himalayan Bank Limited, Hilihang Gopetar Branch, HILIHANG GA-1-1ANTARIK RAJASWO.

3. In the case of purchased bids, the bids can be filled from the website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatragov.np.egp within the specified time of the last day of the bid as mentioned in the e-bidding or on the 31st day from the date of first publication of this notice. Detailed details are attached with the tender form.
