As per Sub-section 2 (d) of Section 11 of Chapter 3 of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, the Brief Environmental Study and Preliminary Environmental Examination Procedure of this Rural Municipality, 2077 and the Preliminary Environmental Examination (IEE) Report, a contract has to be awarded to collect tax and duty on the sale of stones, sand, gravel and other materials in the specified rivers and streams, this notice has been published for the submission of bids/quotations through E-Bidding from VAT registered firms, companies or businesses interested in taking the contract. While purchasing bids/quotations, the name of Hilihang Rural Municipality should be HILIHANG GA-1-1 ANTARIK RAJASWO Account No. 26351182240171 Revenue Head No. 14229 Mar HILIHANG GA.3STHA. The tender fee/deposit amount should be deposited in the name of TAHA DHARO KHAT and the purchase should be made.
