This notice has been published to invite interested licensed suppliers to submit sealed bids as the necessary medicines, spectacle frames and lenses, sun glasses, reading glasses, box covers, RX glasses, contact lenses, surgical supplies, IOLs, stationery, printing and packaging, cleaning supplies, lab supplies, and spare parts are required.

The bid form with detailed details can be obtained from the hospital administration on the prescribed fee (non-refundable) within the office hours on 2082/03/23. The bid form thus purchased must be filled in and registered with the administration branch of the hospital by 12:00 PM on 2082/03/24, attaching the documents related to the firm/company as mentioned in the bid form.

The bids received will be opened on 2082/03/24 at 2:00 PM in the presence of the applicant or his/her representative, or there will be no impediment to opening even if he/she is not present. The hospital reserves the right to accept or reject the bids.
