This notice has been published as the Chabahil-2 Branch Office of this bank (formerly Civil Bank Limited) is to be relocated from its current location and the internal decoration of the branch office and the fixed assets there have to be sold through sealed bid. Individuals or organizations interested in purchasing the office (internal decoration and fixed assets there) suitable and ready for use by banks and financial institutions, insurance companies, cooperatives and other office purposes are invited to submit a confidential sealed bid proposal along with the price they wish to purchase within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice to the Head Office of the Bank, General Administration Department or the concerned branch of the bank.

Conditions:

The price at which the property and goods are to be purchased must be clearly stated in both numbers and words.

If the bidder is an individual, the bid must be submitted along with a copy of his/her citizenship certificate, a copy of his/her Permanent Account Number (PAN), and if it is a firm, company or corporate body, a copy of his/her updated registration certificate, a copy of his/her Permanent Account Number (PAN), a copy of his/her tax payment certificate, and a copy of the citizenship certificate of the authorized person, along with the decision of the board of directors.

The bidder must submit a cash voucher to the bank depositing 5 percent of the amount mentioned in the bid as a security deposit in the account of Himalayan Bank Limited (HIMALAYAN BANK LTD., IDT HO A/C: 00199999990090).

The successful bidder must deposit the amount specified in the bid (excluding the deposit) into the bank account of this bank within 7 days of the date of receipt of the notice of acceptance of the bid proposal, otherwise the amount deposited as deposit will be forfeited.

The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bids/proposals received by it in whole or in part, with or without assigning any reason, or to renegotiate and negotiate the bids/proposals received.

The bid form can be obtained from the Chabahil-2 branch of this bank.

If the buyer wishes to take the property purchased through the auction sale with them, the transfer must be completed within 30 days of the bid being accepted, at their own expense.

1) Preference will be given to bidders willing to lease the area (approximately 3,330 square feet) of this bank's current Chabahil-2 branch office with the approval of the landlord.
