Himalayan Bank Ltd. SEALED TENDER NOTICE

Himalayan Bank Limited invites sealed bid from VAT registered eligible interested parties for supply of "Nepal Pay Cards". The interested parties can obtain bid documents from General Administration Department, Corporate Office, Kamaladi with a request letter in the letter head of the company upon deposit of Rs. 5,000.00 (Non-Refundable) in IDT account in any of the nearest HBL branches. The last date for submission of sealed bid is 08-10-2025 within office hours and should be addressed to General Administration Department.

Bidders are required to submit two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope. Failure to submit proposals separately will result in disqualification.

Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid fully or partially without assigning any reason whatsoever.
