Sealed bids shall be received at the date, place and time specified in this notice. Bids received after the deadline or before the due date and with conditions shall be rejected.

4. If the day of submission/opening of bids falls on a holiday, bids may be submitted/opened on the next business day. Even if the bidder or his representative is not present on the day of bid opening, there will be no impediment to opening the bids.
