This notice is published for the procurement of materials and services required for the implementation of the SAFE-Girls Project and the Ending Child Marriage -ECM Project being implemented in Rolpa and Kapilvastu in partnership with Plan International Nepal and this organization with the financial support of Koika International and UNFPA. Interested and eligible suppliers or companies, suppliers and firms are requested to submit sealed bids as per the prescribed details.

Documents to be submitted and conditions:

1. Copy of firm registration and renewal, copy of PAN or VAT registration certificate and tax payment certificate.

2. The sealed bid envelope must clearly state the firm's name, address, bid number, and contact number.

3. The detailed form of the bid, including the signed ToR, Due Diligence form, bid and self-declaration form, will be made available to the organization or can be downloaded from the link given below.

4. Bank guarantee or deposit voucher (2.5% of the bid amount excluding hotel services)

Application Submission Process: Sealed bids should be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice or by 5 pm on 27th Shrawan 2082 BS to the Head Office of Hurek Nepal Rolpa, Libang Rolpa or the Project Office, Rapti Rural Municipality-1, Pakhapani, Bhalubang, Dang. For further information on this matter, the organization's Head Office, Libang Rolpa and Project Office, Dang can be contacted at the following numbers and email addresses. Note: Bids that are not in order and do not arrive within the deadline will not be accepted. The organization reserves the right to select suppliers or not or to cancel this notice.
