Specifications and Tender Forms for each item can be obtained from the Purchase Dept in our Hotel on Weekdays between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM from 1st of Sept 2025 to 7th of Sept 2025 on payment of NPR 1500 per group (non-refundable). Last date for submission of the filled form with all the information to hotel is 7th Sept 2025. The interested bidder(s) must submit the sealed quotation(s) to the office of Purchase Department Hyatt Place Butwal (Unit of Hotel Saffron C.K Pvt.ltd) along with terms of supply and a copy of a valid VAT Registration & Tax clearance Certificate; KYC and Total Turnover for the last fiscal year, during office hours. Only shortlisted bidders will he invited for negotiation and terms and conditions of supply. Hotel Management reserves the right to accept or reject the quotations submitted either in part or full without specifying any reason.
