The non-banking assets registered in the name of this Finance as per the details are to be sold through confidential sealed bid in the same condition as they are. Firms, companies or dignitaries interested in purchasing are hereby invited to submit sealed bids to the Head Office of this Finance, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu or any of its branch offices within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, subject to the following written conditions. w you a

Bid opening date: Tuesday, 31st Ashadh, 2082 at 3:00 PM.

Bid opening location: Head Office, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu.

Property Description:

a) Land Revenue Office Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchok, registered in the name of I.C.F.C. Finance Limited, Kavrepalanchok District, Banepa Municipality Ward No. 5, K.No. 1114, area 235.47 sq.m., house and constructions made on it, including the leasehold.

Condition Restrictions:

1. Bid form can be obtained from the head office of this organization, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu and all branch offices of Finance at a cost of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) per copy. The bidder should purchase the bid only after checking whether the organization's seal and official signature are present.

2. The bidder must submit a bid for the lump sum purchase of the property mentioned in the notice that he intends to purchase and must fill in the necessary details of the property he intends to purchase in the bid form in a clear and understandable manner.

3. The bidder must clearly state in the bid the amount of the property he/she wishes to accept and take in both numbers and letters. If there is a difference between the numbers and letters, the letters will be accepted. The signature must be made in the space provided, and a bid submitted in a manner that is too large and the price accepted is not clear will not be accepted.

An amount of at least 10% of the bid price shall be deposited in cash as a deposit in the Finance's Tender Deposit Margin Account No. 9264013851014 and a cash receipt or a check or draft/payment order drawn in the name of this Finance shall be attached with the bid. No interest will be paid on the amount deposited as a deposit.

6. When submitting the bid, it should be sealed and the outside of the envelope should be clearly marked as "Bid for Purchase of Non-Banking Assets".

7. The bid must be registered with the concerned branch or department within office hours on the last day of the specified date.

8. If the office is closed on the last day for submission of bids or the day of opening, the next day will be the last day and the day of opening.

9. Bids that are incomplete, have expired, or are submitted with any conditions by the bidder will not be accepted.

10. The bids submitted within the deadline will be opened in the presence of the bidder or his representatives and other representatives on the date, place and time mentioned in the notice. The absence of the bidder or his representative will not prevent the bids from being opened.

11. The bidder may view the documents related to the property he is going to purchase by contacting the head office of this finance in Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu or the branch office in Banepa, Kavrepalanchok during office hours.

13. All rights regarding acceptance or rejection of bids shall be reserved by Finance.

14. If the bid is accepted, the Finance will inform the concerned bidder in writing about the acceptance of the bid. Accordingly, the entire amount of the bid must be deposited in cash in the account specified by the Finance within 7 days from the date of receipt of the information or within the date specified by the Finance, otherwise the deposit amount will be forfeited.

15. The bidder shall bear all expenses including all fees, taxes and other charges incurred in the registration/transfer/deregistration of the property to be purchased in accordance with the financial rules of the Government of Nepal and prevailing laws.
