This notice has been published for the information of all concerned regarding the submission of sealed bids through E-bidding by construction entrepreneurs licensed by the Government of Nepal, as the construction work of the approved specifications of the provincial government, municipal level and ward level in the fiscal year 082/83 has to be done through bidding.

1. The construction entrepreneur can purchase the property by paying the fee (non-refundable) mentioned in the schedule in cash along with the cash receipt, attaching the renewed business license, copy of income tax and VAT registration certificate and tax payment certificate of FY 080081, from the Inruwa Municipality Office, Inruwa and www.bolpatra.gov.np by the 30th day from the date of first publication of this notice. The purchased bid documents will have to be registered by 12:00 PM on the 31st day at the Inruwa Municipality Office, Inruwa through E-bidding only.

2. The registered bids will be opened at 2.00 PM on the last day of registration at the Inruwa Municipality Office, Inruwa in the presence of the representatives of the office and the bidders or their representatives. The absence of the bidders or their representatives will not hinder the opening of the bids.

3. If the last day for the sale and submission of bids falls on a public holiday, the said works will be carried out on the next office opening day following the holiday.

4. Along with the sealed bid, an original bank voucher for depositing the form fee in cash in the name of Inruwa Municipality Office, Inruwa at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Inruwa Branch, in the name of Inruwa Municipality Office, Inruwa, and a bid security letter (valid for 120 days from the last date of submission of bids) issued by a bank recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank as "A" class, stating the purpose of the work and the contract number, must be submitted.

5. The bidder must state the rate excluding value added tax when filling the bid. Each item-wise rate in the bid must be clearly written in both numbers and letters and correctly printed on each page. In case of any difference in numbers and letters, the one written in letters will be accepted. The bidder's correct seal must be present in the place of the mark.

6. Turnover, work experience, manpower, equipment and financial aspects should be submitted as mentioned in the bidding documents. Joint

In the case of a venture, the lead partner's share must be at least 40 percent and the other partners' share must be at least 25 percent.

7. If it is found that the bidder has participated in the bidding by submitting fake documents or colluding, the bid of such bidder will be rejected and a recommendation will be made to the concerned body to include it in the blacklist.

8. Bids submitted without due date or after the deadline and with any conditions will not be accepted.

9. The bidder is requested to visit the site of the work at his own expense and responsibility before submitting his bid and obtain on-site information about the work.

10. This office reserves the right to accept, reject, partially accept or reject the bid.

11. In the case of matters not mentioned in this notice, the Public Procurement Act, 2063 BS and Regulations, 2064 BS (with amendments) shall apply.
