35-day public notice regarding the sale of immovable property (land) in the name of the organization through confidential sealed bidding

This notice has been published as the immovable property (land) mentioned in the schedule, registered in the name of Indra Kamal Savings and Loan Cooperative Society Ltd. is to be sold in the same condition as it is through confidential sealed bid. The person/firm/company and organization interested in purchasing the said property are invited to register their confidential sealed bids at the office of the organization within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, subject to the following terms and conditions. Bids not duly filled in and not received within the deadline will not be accepted.

Details

Details of the property to be sold: As per the deed registered in the name of Indra Kamal Savings and Loan Cooperative Society Ltd. at the Land Revenue Office, Bhaktapur, former Nankhel Village Council Ward No. 2 (B) K.No. 993 Area F.0-1-1-0 and Ai Village Council Ward No. 2 (B) K.No. 991 Area F.0-3-2-2, including 2 plots of land and all the adjoining land included in that land.

Prescribed minimum price: Rs.33,45,000/ (literally thirty-three lakh forty-five thousand rupees) only.

Conditions:

1. The bid form can be obtained from the organization's office, Lokanthali Madhyapur Thimi, N.P.-2, Bhaktapur, on payment of Rs. 1,000/-(one thousand rupees only) (non-refundable).

2. Further information regarding the immovable property (land) to be sold can be obtained by contacting the organization's office.

3. If the bidder is a natural person, a copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate must be submitted, and if the bidder is a firm, company or organization, a copy of the registration certificate, statute or articles of association, tax payment certificate, and official decision must be submitted.

4. The bidder shall submit a voucher or a good for payment check issued in the name of the organization, deposited in cash in the bank account 043002507350028 of the organization at Prabhu Bank Limited, Kaushaltar Branch, amounting to 10 percent of the amount agreed upon, not less than the prescribed minimum price, along with the bid form. you acce

5. The immovable property (land) will be sold to the person or organization that offers the highest price (in figures and words) among the submitted confidential sealed bid forms.

6. Within 7 (seven) days after the organization decides to sell the immovable property (land) and issues the declaration, the entire bid amount must be paid to the organization and the buyer must pay all the expenses incurred in registering and canceling the registration. If not, 10 (ten) percent of the amount deposited as deposit will be automatically forfeited.

7. In cases other than those mentioned herein, the Cooperative Act 2074 BS, Cooperative Regulations 2075 BS, the Bylaws of the Organization 2064 BS and other prevailing laws shall apply.

8. Last date for submission of sealed bids: Within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice and if that day falls on a public holiday, it can be submitted within the office hours of the next working day after the holiday. The authority reserves the right to decide whether to accept or reject the bids received.

9. Place, date and time of opening of sealed bids: The sealed bids received will be opened at the office of the organization, Lokanthali Madhyapur Thimi N.P.-2, Bhaktapur on Wednesday, 25/05/2082 at 2:00 PM in the presence of the bidders or their representatives. There will be no obstacle to opening the bids even if the bidders or their representatives are not present. If the day falls on a public holiday, the sealed bids received will be opened on the first day after the holiday when the office opens at the same place and time.

10. The bidder shall clearly state the amount he has bid in figures and words. In case of any discrepancy between the figures and words, the words will prevail.
