1. INF Nepal Green Pastures Hospital (INFN GPH) invites bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the Securities services as per the technical specifications. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of INFN GPH.

2. Bidding documents are available at INFN GPH upon deposit of non-refundable Rs.1, 500 for each bidding form in the following bank account. Bidders must submit original bank deposit Voucher to receive the bidding documents.

3. The bidders shall furnish bid security along with the bid document in the form of bank guarantee to INFN GPH of Rs 15,000. The bid security validity should be 120 days counting from the day of bid.

4. The bidders shall submit the copy of PAN/VAT Registration, Company/Firm Registration and Tax Clearance Certificate of FY 2080/081. The average annual turnover of last three years should be not less than 4 million rupees. Also bidders should be engaged in business for a minimum of 5 years.

5. Bidding will be conducted through the procedures as specified in INF Nepal Procurement Policy and is open to all eligible bidders.

6. Pre-bid meeting will not be held.

7. The bid will be held as Single Stage Two Envelope System. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, both in turn enclosed in one sealed envelope.

8. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend the bid opening meeting on 2082/05/27 at 3:00 PM at INFN GPH. The respective bidder will be allowed to see his/her bidding documents only.

9. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid.

10. INFN GPH reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever. Other instructions to bidder will be provided with the bid documents from INFN GPH.

11. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.

12. If any discrepancies or error seen in the bid documents, it will be dealt as per the provision stated in the Policy of INF Nepal.
