This notice is published for the supply of 1 branded server as per the specifications specified for this organization through sealed bid. Interested registered firms/companies are invited to contact the Operations Department of the Central Office of this organization at Gaidakot, Nawalpur and submit their confidential sealed bid proposals to the Operations Department of the Central Office of the organization within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, subject to the conditions specified in the details, by paying Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) (Non-refundable).

Conditions:

1. The bidder wishing to purchase the bid form should attach the updated company/firm registration certificate, license, authorized dealer certificate, VAT registration certificate and a copy of the tax payment slip of the previous financial year with the application. Also, the form fee should be paid to the account name of this organization at Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited, Gaidakot Branch, INFINITY LAGHUBITTA BITTIYA SANSTHA LIMITED, Account No. 3350100001660001 (non-refundable) and the bid form should be purchased.

2. The bid application form can be downloaded from the organization's website www.infinitylbsl.com.np. The fee payment voucher must be attached while downloading and submitting.

3. After purchasing the bid form, interested firms/companies may request a Request for Proposal (RFP) with a formal application to the organization's official email address, and based on the application received, the necessary bid details will be provided via email.

4. Ten percent (10%) of the bid amount should be deposited in the account number 3350100001660001 of this organization at Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited and the voucher should be enclosed with the sealed bid or a bank guarantee issued by a "A" class commercial bank in the name of this organization should be prepared and attached to the bid.

5. The bidder must be a local company registered in Nepal for at least 3 years.

6. The bidder must be an authorized partner of the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). The Authorized Letter issued by the original manufacturer must be attached and the MAF (Manufacturer Authorization Form) must be sent directly from the OEM to the organization's email address (operation.ilbsl@gmail.com) by 5:00 PM on 20/05/2082.

7. Seal the purchased bid form and clearly state the name of your company/firm, address, bid number and contact number on the outside of the envelope, along with the date.

The bids must be registered at the registered office of this financial institution by 5:00 PM on 2082/05/20. The sealed bid forms will be opened at the central office of the institution on 2082/05/22 at 3:00 PM in the presence of the bidders or their representatives and the representatives of the office. There will be no impediment to opening the bids even if the bidders or their representatives are not present.

8. The bidder must quote the price quoted in the bid at a rate inclusive of all taxes. If there is a difference between the figures and the letters in the rate, the letters shall prevail.

9. No action will be taken against bids that are out of date, incomplete, conditional, contain false information, or do not include the details required to be mentioned in the bidding documents.

Will be given. If it is sealed, it must be stamped in the place where it is sealed.

10. Bid Terms and Conditions: The matters mentioned in the bid form shall be as per this bid document and the matters not mentioned in the bid shall be as per the Financial Administrative Regulations of Financial Institutions, 2073 BS and other prevailing laws.
