2. Bidder shall have the option of submitting their bids electronically only and submission of hard copy bids shall not be entertained.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Infrastructure Development Directorate, Surkhet.or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. Eligible Bidder may download a complete set of Bidding Documents for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp.and submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost (as specified above) of bidding documents in the Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf. format) of the Bank deposit voucher and bid security shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Infrastructure Development Directorate, Surkhet, at 12:00 hours on dated 2082/04/09, (25th July, 2025).

6. Electronic bids must be submitted to the IDD, Surkhet, electronically through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. before 12:00 hours on dated 2082/04/25, (10th August, 2025), Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7. The bids will be opened electronically at 13:00 hours on dated 2082/04/25, (10th August, 2025), in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at IDD, Surkhet. Non-attendance of any or all of the bidders' representatives shall not hinder the opening of the Bids.

8. If the last date of pre-bid meeting purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

9. In the case of discrepancies or error in bidding document, tender notice or any other document, the Office of the IDD, Surkhet reserves the right to amend and correct at any time. If any amendments which will be posted in the notice board of IDD, Surkhet or may visit PPMO's Website www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp.

10. The Employer (IDD, Surkhet) reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids

without assigning any reason, whatsoever.

11. The employer advised for bidders to compulsory visit the site before bidding.

12. Any matters not covered in this tender notice shall be in accordance with public procurement act, 2063 and public procurement regulations, 2064 (including amendment) and other prevailing rules and regulations of GoN. Redel
