2. Pre-bid meeting shall be heldat: Infrastructure Development Office, Jajarkot on 8 Sept, 2025 (2082/05/23) at 13:00 0'clock

3. Electronic Bids must be submitted to the office through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. On or before 25 September, 2025 (2082/06/09) at 12:00 O'clock. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

4. The Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend 25 September, 2025(20082/06/09) at 13:00 0'clock at Infrastructure Development Office, Jajarkot, Nepal.

5. Bids must be valid for a period of mention in above table after bid opening and must be accompanied by scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting to a minimum of as mentioned in Table above which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

6. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last

date. In

such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. Other related rules and regulations will be as per Public Procurement Act-2063 and Public Procurement Regulations- 2064 with recent amendments.
