1. Bagamati Province Government has allocated fund towards the cost of Procurement of following works mentioned in table. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders as per Section V of bidding documents.

2. Infrastructure Development Office, Sindhupalchok invites electronic bids from eligible bidders under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope, Bidding procedures. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications mentioned in table should participate in this bidding.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Document at the office of Infrastructure Development Office, Sindhupalchok or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. Bidder should submit their bid electronically and may download the bidding document for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

Bidders should deposit amount specified in table below as the cost of bidding document in the Office's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below. Information to deposit the cost of bidding document in Bank:

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Infrastructure Development Office, Sindhupalchok on 2082/04/16 (1st August 2025) at 13:00 hrs.

6. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hrs on 2082/04/28 (13th August 2025).

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hrs on on 2082/04/28 (13th August 2025) at the office of Infrastructure Development Office, Sindhupalchok. Bids must be valid for 120 days after bid opening (i.e. 10th December 2025) and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format amounting to a minimum as mentioned in table, which shall be valid for 30 days ((i.e. 9th January 2026) beyond the validity period of the bid.

8. If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
