Sealed bids are invited from interested and qualified service providers and firms

to supply the services as per the required specifications for this INF Nepal in the fiscal year 2082/83.

Conditions of Bid:

082/04/1. Sealed bids must be submitted by 5:00 PM on the date.

2. The price to be presented in the bid must be clearly stated in both figures and words.

3. The supplier shall submit a copy of the latest company/firm registration and renewal, permanent account number/C.A.C. registration and tax clearance certificate for the fiscal year 2080/81 and other relevant documents along with the sealed bid.

4. The supplier cannot revise the seal once it has been submitted.

5. No action will be taken on sealed bids that have not been submitted in the form, have exceeded the deadline, are conditional, and do not include the requested documents.

6. Suppliers submitting bids for more than one item or service must submit separate sealed bids.

7. The supplier must clearly state the above-mentioned goods and services by clearly stating the name, address, contact number and seal of the firm on the outside of the envelope.

8. This office reserves the right to accept or reject the bid in whole or in part, with or without disclosing the reasons.

9. The company/firm selected through this sealed bidding process may purchase at once or in multiple batches as required.
