1. Ministry of Energy, Water Resource and Irrigation/ Department of Water Resources and Irrigation, Jawalakhel/Irrigation and Water Resource Management Project, Lamahi, Dang has allocated funds towards the cost of Command area Protection intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Construction of Embankment with Launching Apron & Slope Revetment at Right Bank of Rapti River, Gadhawa R.M- 03, Bakalahi to Keruniya, Dang. Bidding is open to all eligible as per Section V of bidding document.

2. Irrigation and Water Resource Management Project, Lamahi, Dang invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of Construction of Embankment with Launching Apron & Slope Revetment at Right Bank of Rapti River, Gadhawa R.M-03, Bakalahi to Keruniya, Dang under National Competitive Bidding - Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedures.

Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: NRs 69.69 million (6,96,90,000.00)

Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature:

At least one contract within last ten years of Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: NRs 18.6 million (1,86,00,000.00) River Training Works: (A. Structural Works: River Training Works (anyone or combination of the followings based on intended nature of construction works: guide bund, gabion/big boulder/concrete/retaining structures/masonry/other new technology revetment, launching, studs, spurs, porcupine works, Stone riprap, Geo-bags, 3D Steel mat, Tetra-pods, Concrete Blocks, etc. and Command Area Protection (CAP) works provided that the construction technology is similar to intended technology of River Training Works(as required) that have been successfully or are substantially completed

3. Under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure, Bidders are required to submit their bid electronically, Bidders are required to submit two separate bid response documents, one containing (i) the Technical Bid and the other (ii) the Price Bid, as per the provision of ITB 21 of the Bidding Document.

4. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Irrigation and Water Resource Management Project, Lamahi, Dang. Ph no: 082-540055, 9857840887 Email: pbip1234@gmail.com or may visit PPMO e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

5. Bidder can download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Irrigation and Water Resource Management Project, Lamahi, Dang at 13:00 Hrs. on 2025-9-26 A.D.

7. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp before, 12:00 Hrs. on (2025/10/09 A.D.). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
