Since the vehicles (motorcycles/scooters) in the current state of this industry as per the details of the specifications are to be sold at auction in the same condition, this notice has been published to invite interested individuals and organizations to submit bids within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of publication of this notice.

b) Conditions:

1. The bid should clearly state in numbers and letters the amount of the vehicle for which the bidder is willing to accept and purchase, and a deposit of 10 (ten) percent of the price agreed to be purchased should be deposited in the account number 00159010250528 of Nepal Investment Mega Bank Ltd. in the name of this industry and a copy of the same should be attached with the application.

2. The person or organization that has accepted the highest price in the sealed bid shall pay the remaining amount of the vehicle within 7 (seven) days from the date of opening the bid, and then the vehicle shall be transferred to his/her name. If the person or organization fails to pay the remaining amount and transfer the vehicle to his/her name within 7 (seven) days from the date of opening the bid, 10 (ten) percent of the amount deposited with the bid shall be forfeited.

3. No action will be taken on bids received after the deadline or without due process, or on bids received conditionally.

4. The person or organization wishing to purchase the vehicle will be responsible for paying the fees incurred when transferring the vehicle, taxes and insurance for the current and upcoming fiscal years.

5. In case of any dispute arising regarding the bid, the right to make the final decision shall be vested in the industry.

Copy of the registration certificate of the firm/company/institution, copy of the permanent account number registration certificate, copy of the tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2080/081.
