1. According to sub-section (2) of Section 10 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, the bidders have completed the last 2 years. (2079.80 and 2080081) in agencies under the Nepali Army

If the construction work has been done, it should have been performed satisfactorily (there should be no administrative action such as warning letter, letter of work improvement, contract suspension, predetermined compensation, breach of contract, recommendation for blacklisting).

2. The Bidder will have to visit the site at his own expense. In the case of not visiting the site, when submitting the bid, a letter of commitment must be submitted stating that "I agree to carry out the construction work wherever the construction site may be."

3. According to sub-rule 1 (c) of Rule 123 of Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, the relevant construction business will be paid the running bill based on the completion of the milestone set for the construction work. In addition, the concerned builders must submit the necessary documents including bills/invoices for payment within 15 days of completion of each Milestone.

4. According to sub-section (7) and (8) of section 59 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, if the contractor does not start the work as per the contract, if he starts the work and leaves it in the middle or if the work does not progress as per the contract, such contract will be terminated at any time and the entire security will be confiscated. Due to the termination of the contract, whatever amount is required to complete the remaining work according to the contract, the amount required for the completion of the remaining work according to the contract is also notified, as well as the collection of government dues from the builders who do not work according to the contract.

5. The revenue receipt for the purchase of the bid must be submitted.
