Conditions:

1. Bidders may submit the bid form by visiting the bidding website www.bolpatra.gov.np.

2. The bid form can be submitted by downloading the bid form by 12:00 PM on the 8th day from the date of publication of the notice, signing each page, and attaching a receipt of the bid fee paid by the firm or a bank voucher depositing the amount in the Internal Revenue Account No. 10003000001000001 of this office at Nepal Bank Limited, Jeetpur under Revenue Head No. 14229, a deposit amount of 5% of the total bid points accepted by the bidder to the Deposit Account No. 10003000000001 of this office at Nepal Bank Limited, Jeetpur, or a bank guarantee (bid bond) document issued by a commercial bank or financial institution recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank in the name of this office with a validity of at least 90 days from the date of issuance of the notice. Those who do not deposit the amount as deposit will not be considered.

3. Bids received at this office will be opened on the same day at 2 pm in the presence of the bidders or their representatives at this office, Jitpur Bara. Even if the bidders or their representatives are not present at that time, there will be no obstacle to opening the bids. If the last day for registration and opening of bids falls on a public holiday, the said activities will be carried out on the next day the office is open.

4. When filling out the bid form, the bid amount must be clearly stated in both figures and words. In case of any discrepancy between figures and words, the amount written in words will be considered. The bid amount will be exclusive of value added tax.
