Shree Jukekhadi Community Forest User Group, Arjundhara-3, Jhapa, in the financial year 2081/082, the following quantity of wood produced from the forest, divided into various lots and bundles, has to be sold at auction in the same condition as it is, at its own expense. Interested individuals, organizations, firms or companies are invited to submit sealed bids within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Purbanchal National Daily Patrika for the fifth time.

2. Last date and time for purchasing and submitting bids:

a). Last date 2082/05/20

b). Time till 4:00 pm. Purchase

c) Submit the form by 4:00 PM on 2082/05/21 (or the next day if the said day falls on a public holiday).

3. The amount equal to 10 percent of the amount agreed upon with the bid should be accompanied by an original voucher showing the cash deposit in the account number 02900200098023000001 held by the Community Forest Users Group that purchased the bid at Excel Development Bank Ltd.

4. Bid form for lots no. 5, 12, 13, 15 can be purchased and submitted by this community forest user group by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000.

5. The application form will also be available at the Shree Jukekhadi Community Forest Users Group's Arjundhara-3, Jhapa and Division Forest Office Bhadrapur, Jhapa during the opening hours of the auctioned forest produce office. In addition, the forest produce to be auctioned can be viewed on site at the Ghatgaddi located at the Shree Jukekhadi Community Forest Users Group's office.

6. The proprietor of the company or firm interested in participating in the auction must submit a copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate, a copy of the tax registration certificate, a copy of the value added tax registration certificate or a copy of the Permanent Account Number (PAN) registration certificate, and a copy of the certificate of registration in the relevant D.W.K. along with the bid.

7. The bids received in the prescribed minimum number and in the prescribed manner will be opened on 2082/05/22 (if the said day falls on a public holiday, the next day) in the presence of the officials of the group, representatives of the bidders and representatives of the forest.

8. Within 10 days of receiving the information that the auction has been approved, the forest produce offered for auction must be collected within the specified period by paying the approved amount and the prescribed value added tax and collection expenses separately. The application form must state the name of the firm, address, lot and peg number.

It should be mentioned clearly.

9. The amount accepted in the bid must be written in both figures and words. In case of a difference between figures and words, the words will be given priority.

10. All rights to accept or reject the bid shall be reserved to this Community Forest User Group.
