This notice invites submission of confidential sealed bids for the advertisement of hoarding boards, banners, and wall writings placed for advertising and promotion of various commercial materials in public places and roadsides within the Kamalamai Municipality area for the fiscal year 2082/083. Since the contract is to be done through a tax contract, the following conditions shall apply.

1. Interested organizations or firms related to advertising agencies registered with the M.A. Tax to carry out the above work may purchase the bid from the Revenue Sub-branch of this Kamalamai.N.P. Office by submitting the application along with the tax payment documents for the fiscal year 2080/81 by the office hours of the 15th day from the date of publication of this notice. 1,000.- (one thousand) non-refundable.

2. The sealed bids must be registered at Kamalamai Municipal Corporation Office, Sindhuli by 12:00 PM on the 16th day from the date of publication of this notice. The bids registered within the specified time will be opened at Kamalamai Municipal Corporation Office, Sindhuli at 2:00 PM on the same day in the presence of the bidder or his representative. Even if the bidder's representative is not present, there will be no impediment to opening the bids.

3. Along with the bid, the amount to be paid at the rate of 5% of the amount agreed upon shall be submitted along with the original voucher deposited in the deposit account no. 10601003000003 of this office at Ra. Bank, Sindhuli or a bank guarantee valid for 120 days from a commercial bank, along with the amount agreed upon, clearly written in figures and letters, signed and stamped. In case of any discrepancy between figures and letters, the amount written in letters shall be accepted.

4. The bidder will be entitled to recover the amount only at the rate as mentioned in Schedule-5 of the approved Finance Act of the Municipality.

5. If the day of sale, registration or opening of bids falls on a public holiday, the work will be done on the following day.

6. The office shall have the sole right to accept or reject the bid.

7. If a lump sum contract amount is paid in advance, a discount of 5% of the total amount will be given.

8. The bidder whose contract is accepted will have to pay an advance cash payment equal to the number of points he has agreed to or divide the agreed points into three installments and pay the first installment at the time of signing the contract, the second installment within the middle of Poush, and the last installment within the middle of Jestha. In case only the first installment of the agreed amount is paid, the contract will have to be signed within the specified time period by submitting a bank guarantee equal to the remaining amount up to Shravan Mashant 2083 BS. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. If the installment amount is not paid within the deadline, the Municipal Corporation will charge an additional penalty of 10% on the outstanding amount.

Other matters will be as per prevailing law. The VAT contractor will have to pay it on his behalf and provide the voucher to the Revenue Sub-Branch of the Municipality.

10. The minimum figure for advertisement tax for Income Contract No. 4/2082/83 is Rs. 9,00,000.- (Nine Lakhs).
