15 (fifteen) days notice regarding auction sale of used two-wheelers through confidential sealed bid

The two-wheeler vehicles mentioned in the details owned by Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited will be auctioned in their present condition through confidential sealed bids. Individuals, associations, organizations or firms interested in purchasing the above vehicles are invited to submit their duly completed bids within 15 days of the publication of this notice during the office hours of this bank, subject to the following conditions.

Conditions:

1. Bid form can be obtained from the Central Office of the Bank, K.M.N.P.A.-30, Dnyaneshwor and any branch office of your choice by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only). The bid should be sealed in an envelope with the signatures of the bidders and the outer envelope should clearly state that it is a bid for the purchase of a vehicle through auction. In case of an organization, the seal of the organization and the signature and seal of the authorized person should be affixed.

2. The confidential sealed bids must be submitted and registered within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice and if the last day falls on a public holiday, the next day after the holiday, at the central office of the bank, K.M.N.Pa-30, Dnyaneshwor, within the office hours. No action will be taken on bids that are received after the deadline or that are not in order or do not include the conditions.

3. The bidder shall enclose with the bid application a deposit of at least 10 (ten) percent of the amount he has agreed to purchase in the form of a cash deposit voucher or a good for payment A/C Payee Cheque drawn in the name of this bank from a bank or financial institution, as a deposit, and no interest shall be paid on that amount. Also, the deposit amount shall not be refunded until the auction is confirmed or cancelled.

4. This bank reserves the right to sell or not sell the vehicle or to accept or not accept the amount offered in the bid. new
