Since the revision of the tender document published on 2082/03/10 for this work has not been completed and has been published using the PPMO Online Portal, the entire procurement process of the said procurement work has been canceled and this new tender has been invited again through the PPMO Uploadable Portal as per this notice, including the matters amended by the 14th amendment of the S. B. Regulation.

1. Kanepokhari Rural Municipality, Bhausabari, Morang has allocated funds towards the cost of construction of the works mentioned in the table and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract as described in table below. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese bidders.

2. Kanepokhari Rural Municipality invites E-bid from eligible bidders for following works under National Competitive Bidding. The bidding procedure will be as follows. The bidding procedure will be e-bidding only.

Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of. Kanepokhari Rural Municipality, Bayarban, Morang.

4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at 2082/04/09 (July 25, 2025), 14:00 in Kanepokhari Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Bhausabari, Morang.

5. The bidders shall submit their bid before 2082/04/18 (Aug 03, 2025), 12:00 by electronically. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2082/04/18 (Aug 03, 2025), 12:30 in Kanepokhari Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Bhausabari, Morang.

6. Bid must be valid for a period of 120 days as stated below for after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of as stated below which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of bid (i.e., minimum 150 days) after deadline of Bid submission date.

7. If the last date of Pre-Bid meeting and Bid Opening Day falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

8. Bidders may submit modification or withdrawal prior to the deadline of bid submission. Once a Bid is withdrawn, bidder will not be able to submit another bid response for the same bid.

9. Other information not mentioned above is as per Public Procurement Act 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation 2064 (Amended).

10. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award.
