Call for tenders

Quotations/tenders are invited for the two shutters attached to Gandaki Hojiyari, north of Shree Kanya Secondary School Nadipur, Pokhara 3, with a total area of ​​425 sq ft, for rent subject to the following conditions. Interested businessmen are requested to submit their tender or quotation in a sealed envelope along with a copy of their citizenship certificate within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice, during school office hours.

Rea

Conditions:

1) Since the minimum rent per square meter is Rs. 32, it should be offered at a higher rate.

2) Since both shutters have one room, the same person should submit the rates for both shutters.

3) The quotation/tender must be written, prepared and submitted by the applicant.

4) A voucher/receipt of 20 percent of the agreed one-month rent amount deposited in the school account/office as a deposit must be attached.

5) The time for opening quotations/tenders will be announced later.

6) The person who has received the quotation/tender will have to sign the agreement within 3 days by depositing one month's rent in advance of Rs. 100,000.
