Notice of invitation to sealed bids

Under the 'Promoting Equitable Access in Education' project, implemented in Sanni Triveni and Narharinath rural municipalities of Kalikot district and Hima, Sinja and Kanakasundari rural municipalities of Raskot municipality and Jumla district, with financial support from Plan International and in partnership with Karnali Integrated Rural Development and Research Center (KIRDAC), Nepal, the selected children at the above-mentioned local levels need

to purchase stationery, school bags and dresses.

Therefore, sealed bids are invited from interested local/national companies, firms and suppliers licensed to supply as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the TOR.

Documents that must be included in the bid:

1. Company registration and renewal certificates,

2. Tax payment certificate or extension document for the fiscal year 2080/081,

3. VAT registration certificate,

4. TOR, Due Diligence Form and Self-Declaration Form with proper stamp,

5. Bank Guarantee Letter Original Copy (2.5%)

6. Samples of the Products

Application Registration Process:

Sealed bids should be submitted to KIRDAC Nepal, Coordination Office, Sanepa, Lalitpur or Karnali Province Office, Birendranagar, Surkhet within 21 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e. 2082/04/29 (respectively 14 August 2025) by 5:00 PM.
