This institute is required to supply and manage security related manpower in the year 2082/83 at the KIOC-Kathmandu Children's Hospital operating in Budhanilkantha Municipality Ward No. 7, Hepali Heights. Therefore, the interested firm/company that is qualified to perform the related work should submit updated registration certificate, license certificate, permanent account number/C.A. Tax registration certificate, certified copies of tax payment certificates for the year 2080/081, form purchase fee amount of Rs. 1,000 (one thousand), non-refundable, to the current account no. 001010010002063 of Kathmandu Institute of Child Health, Sanima Bank Limited, Naxal Branch, and purchase the bid related form and the amount for bank guarantee as mentioned should be deposited in the account no. In the case of bank voucher or bank guarantee deposited in 55507637127, a bank guarantee letter issued by a commercial bank recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank of 'A' category with a validity period of at least 120 (one hundred and twenty) days from the last day of submission of bids is attached. This notice is published to purchase the bid form within the office hours of the 30th (thirtieth) day from the date of first publication of this notice and submit their respective bids at the Institute's office, Hepali Heights, Kathmandu by 12:00 PM on the 31st day. If the day of submission and opening of bids falls on a public holiday, the work will be done on the next day when the office is open.
