Since the necessary medical equipment has to be purchased for the year 2082/83 at KIOC-Kathmandu Children's Hospital, Budhanilkantha-7, Kathmandu, run by this institute, the interested manufacturers, firms/suppliers/companies who are qualified to do the work are requested to submit their registration certificates, updated official license certificates, value added tax certificates, certified copies of tax payment certificates for the year 2080/081, bank vouchers deposited in the account no. 001010010002063 of the institute's Sanima Bank, Naxal branch and the amount of the aforementioned deposit in the account no. In the case of bank voucher or bank guarantee deposited in 55507637127, the bidders are requested to purchase the bid form from the Institute's office within the date and time mentioned below and submit their respective bids to the Institute's office within the date and time mentioned below, enclosing a bank guarantee letter issued by a commercial bank recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank with a validity period of at least 120 (one hundred and twenty) days from the last date of submission of bids, and to submit their bids to the Institute's office within the date and time mentioned below. If the day of submission and opening of bids falls on a public holiday, the work will be done on the next working day after that.
