Closed Bid Tender Notice Regarding Sale of Hospital Waste

Interested and qualified firms/individuals are invited to submit tenders through a notice to sell various types of waste generated by this hospital (such as used materials, discarded equipment, items to be destroyed, etc.).

Interested firms/individuals must comply with the following conditions:

Interested firms/individuals must attach a valid business registration certificate, PAN/VAT registration certificate, and renewal certificate.

Preference will be given to firms with experience in hospital waste management and purchasing and selling.

Tender forms can be obtained from the Housekeeping Department during the office hours of this hospital (9-5).

Deadline for submission of tender: (Within seven days from the date of publication of advertisement)

Tender Opening Date and Time: (2082/04/26, 12 noon) If for any reason the office is closed on that day, the tender will be opened on the next day at the same time.

When submitting the tender, a letter of commitment stating that you are ready to work as per the conditions mentioned in the form must be attached.

Buying and selling will be done in accordance with tax and other technical regulations.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as they are.

Items may be inspected during office hours before registering the application.

The hospital administration reserves the right to accept or reject any tender.
