Kathmandu Medical College Public Limited invites sealed bids from registered/eligible and experienced Cafeteria /Bakery/ Coffee shop service providers for providing below services:

Submission of Pro-posal

The duly completed Request For Proposal Document (separately sealed Technical and Financial Proposal) must be submitted on or before 5:00 pm within 23 days from date of publication of this notice.

Opening of proposal

At12:00 PMafter23 daysfrom thedate of announcement. (10 October 2025/24 Ashoj 2082)

The bidding company must have minimum5 years'experience in operating cafeteria/ Bakery shop, preferably in renowned hospitals or similar institutions.

1. The working staff proposed for deployment in cafeteria must have atleast 2 years of relevant experience in Cafeteria service.

2. The company must possess a valid business license and should submit all legal documents, including:

VAT/PAN registration certificate.

3. The bidder must also submit a detailed menu with item-wise rates for fast food items.

4. The bidder should submit proposed monthly rental amount (excluding VAT) to the hospital.

5. Interested parties must submit their sealed proposals along with all required documents and can visit cafeteria premises for observation and contact in KMC Office administration within 23 days from the date of this announcement.

Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
