1. Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Office of the Municipal Executive has allocated funds from its own resources & GoN

towards the cost of following works and intends to apply the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract and is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.

2. Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Office of the Municipal Executive, Procurement Unit invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the following works.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Office of the Municipal Executive, Procurement Unit, Kathmandu, Bagmati Province, Nepal during office hours or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov. np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the above mentioned cost of bidding document in the NIC Asia Bank Ltd., Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Procurement Unit, Account No. - 0012050061475043.

5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Procurement Unit, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Nepal on above mentioned date and time.

6. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Office of the Municipal Executive, Procurement Unit, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Nepal through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before above-mentioned date and time. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on above mentioned date and time at the office of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Office of the Municipal Executive, Procurement Unit, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period on above mentioned days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to as mentioned above, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

8. The bid security may either be in the form of a bid security issued by authorized Financial Institution according to format provided in Bid Document or cash deposited in Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Deposit account, NIC Asia Bank Ltd., Account No. 0012050061493005.

9. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders. Procurement Unit, KMC.
