1. Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Office of the Municipal Executive has allocated funds from its own resources & GoN towards the cost of following works and intends to apply the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract and is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at Mechanical and Equipment Division, Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Office of the Municipal Executive, Teku, Kathmandu, Bagmati Province, Nepal during office hours or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

3. A complete set of Bidding Documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov. np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the above mentioned cost of bidding document in the NIC Asia Bank Ltd., Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Procurement Unit, Account No. - 0012050061475043.

4. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.

5. Matters not covered under this document will be as per the Public Procurement Act 2063, Public procurement Regulations 2064 & Kathmandu Metropolitan Public Procurement Regulations 2079 (1st Revision 2080).
