Terminal Building (Shopping Complex)

Ground floor - 5448 sq ft (minus the waiting area)

First floor - 8821 sq ft.

Second floor - 5448 square feet

Third floor - 5448 square feet

Conditions:

1. Interested bidders may purchase the bid form by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000 (three thousand rupees only) along with a certificate of firm business registration/renewal, Permanent Account Number (PAN) registration, and tax clearance certificate up to the financial year 2080/081.

2. To purchase the bid through e-bidding, the bidder can deposit the amount for the bid form fee in the Revenue Account No. 072501000235365 in the name of Kohalpur Municipality, Agricultural Development Bank Branch Office, Kohalpur and obtain the bid along with the original voucher and the above-mentioned documents through the Public Procurement Monitoring Office's electronic procurement system website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. The bid can be submitted only through the online process (E-bidding).

3. Bids purchased within the specified deadline must be submitted through the Public Procurement Monitoring Office's electronic procurement system website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp by 12:00 PM on 20/05/2082.

4. Bids received within the time limit specified above will be opened at this office at 2:00 PM on the last day of submission in the presence of the bidder or his representative. There will be no impediment to opening the bids even if the bidder or his representative is not present. If the day of bid opening falls on a public holiday, the day and time immediately following the opening of the office will be considered as the last day and time.

5. The bid security amount should be deposited in cash or in the form of a bank guarantee issued by a recognized bank with a maturity of at least 120 days in the deposit account number 0720501000235217 of this office, Agricultural Development Bank, Kohalpur branch. The bid validity period will be 90 days from the last date of submission of bids.

6. The rates in the bid form should be clearly stated in figures and words. In case of any discrepancy between the rates in figures and words, the rates in words will be accepted.

7. The contract period for the management of the terminal building (Shopping Complex) inside the long-distance bus park of FY 2082/083 will be until the end of Ashar, FY 2097.

8. No discount, waiver or exemption of any kind will be granted after the bid is accepted and the agreement is signed as per the rules.

9. While signing the agreement, a cash deposit of 3 months of the annual contract amount including value added tax shall be deposited in the deposit account number 0720501000235217 of the Agricultural Development Bank in the name of this municipality and a bank guarantee valid for 13 months issued in the name of this office from a commercial bank recognized by the Government of Nepal for the amount to be paid in 9 months of contract amount, and the bank guarantee shall be renewed annually for a period of 15 years.

10. The bid must be above the minimum score. The bidder who bids the highest will be accepted.

11. The bidder must clearly state whether the bid price submitted is inclusive of or exclusive of Value Added Tax. If not stated, it will be deemed to be exclusive of Value Added Tax.

12. No action will be taken against bids that are incomplete, out of date, or contain conditions.

13. The bidder shall be fully responsible for any loss, damage or accident that may occur during the process of collecting the amount after accepting the contract.

15. Matters not mentioned in this notice shall be governed by the Kohalpur Bus Park Management Procedures (Second Amendment), 2080, the Local Government Operation Act 2074, the Public Procurement Act (including amendments), 2063, the Public Procurement Regulations (including amendments), 2064 and other prevailing acts and laws and the decisions of Kohalpur Municipality. slocal access lo
