Office supplies such as paper, pens, and other daily necessities for office operations, computers, printers, and related items, electrical items, motorcycle repairs, vehicle repairs, spare parts, and servicing, medications used by mental health patients,

Conditions:

1. You will need to submit your business registration certificate, renewal letter from the revenue office, and renewal certificate from other business establishments.

2. The goods and their price must be clearly written in numbers and letters, and numbers and letters that have been tampered with will not be accepted.

3. The tender application must clearly state the name of the company and the name of the goods being tendered.

4. Tender applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope on our official letter pad within a maximum of 7 days (Shravan 15, 2082) from the date of publication of this notice. Tenders can also be submitted or registered at the office during office hours (10 am to 5 pm).

5. Applications that do not meet the requirements will not be included in the selection process.

6. Tenders must be sent sealed. No fee will be charged for sending tenders.

7. In case of any technical reason, the right to accept or reject the tender shall be vested in the organization. No dispute shall be entertained in this regard.
