Detailed details and documents related to the bid can be purchased from www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. The prescribed form can be purchased by paying the fee. The bid must be registered online within the specified time, clearly stating the details of each contract.

1. The date of registration of bids will be 12:00 PM on 2082/05/11 and the date of opening will be 2082/05/11 at 14:00 PM. If the date of registration is a public holiday, the bids will be registered on the next day.

2. No action will be taken against bids that are below the base score, expired, incomplete, or submitted with conditions.

3. Discounts may be given as per the rules if the contract amount is paid in lump sum.

4. In the case of Contract No. 02-IR-2082/083, the contract period will be for three years and other matters are mentioned in the bid form.

5. All rights to accept, reject, partially accept or cancel the bid shall be reserved by this office.
