1. The date of registration of bids will be 12:00 PM on 2082.05.27 and the date of opening of bids will be 14:00 PM on the same day.

2. The expiry date of the medicine must be at least 18 months from the date of storage, and for medicines with a self-life of less than 18 months, at least 75 percent of the expiry date must be left from the date of storage.

3. Only medicines manufactured by manufacturers certified by the World Health Organization (WHO-GMP Certified) shall be supplied. Certified copies of the certificate must be submitted along with the bid.

4. All rights to accept, reject, partially accept, or cancel the bid shall be reserved by this office.

5. In cases other than those mentioned in the notice, the Public Procurement Act 2063, Public Procurement Regulations 2064 (as amended) and the laws of the Government of Nepal will apply.
